OVERVIEW
CRT is composed of funnel and panel, and there is a great difference of the compositions between them. Funnel
contains lead but most panels donĄŻt. In order to recycle glasses in different kinds that the one with lead and the one
without must be separated from each other. The CRT Separator is a professional device for funnel and panel separation.

COMPOSITION
CRT Separator consists of two cutting devices, a phosphor collector is in the middle, and a dust catcher.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Put the CRT which has been removed steel belt and electronic gun onto the work table of the separator. Operator
manually encircles the CRT with a heating wire, presses button to start cutting process, and then it will finish automatically.
After cutting process is done, takes the CRT to phosphor collecting table, removes metal plate, and then collects
phosphor. Also it can do the lead ***ecting as required.
